CS2 black screen on stream when flashbanged

Hi this is my first post so sorry if i put it in the wrong thread. im having a issue where whenever i am flash banged in stream in counter strike my screen goes black until the flash effect is gone. i cannot find anything too resolve this and have only known S1mple too have had this problem but nothing on how it was fixed.

bruh im an idiot i had no idea too think of that, thank you for real people always tell me they like watching but cant stand the black screen thank you again
