Hey guys lately i've been trying to do some CS:GO streams but everytime i go live my CSGO starts to stutter on stream. Inside the game is just fine, high FPS (300-500), my internet connection is pretty good too 200mbps download / 100mbps upload (optic fiber), my ping to Twitch Sao Paulo Server is around 10-20ms.

I can stream every game like World of Warcraft, League of Legends, Nintendo Switch games without any problem but when i go live with CS:GO my stream just start stuttering and there's no packet loss showing in OBS, i've set my bitrate to 4500kbps (pictures on imgur.com) and again the game runs smooth as fuck it's just on live stream. CPU usage is pretty low even running the games and the Streamlabs OBS.

I've tried to google it and no solution was found. I've tried both programs OBS Studio and Streamlabs OBS, already disabled the preview, tried bunch of Network settings but nothing helped me.

Config Stream: https://imgur.com/a/QXx6Tr8
Connection: 200mbps download / 100mbps upload (optic fiber)
OS: Windows 10 Home Edition x64
NVidia Driver: 436.15
Anti-virus: ESET NOD 32
CPU: i7 7700k overclocked 5.0ghz (watercooled)
GPU: MSi GTX 1080 Gaming X OC
RAM: HyperX 16GB DDR4 @ 3200MHz
Storage: 120GB SSD M² (System / Stream) + 120GB SSD (Gaming) + 1TB HD Seagate 7200RPM (Storage)

Any idea of what it could be ?

@R1CH

Okay im uploading the settings file (Output, Video and Advanced). I'm also uploading two log files from a short transmission that i made to test. It's all in Attached Files.

You're massively overloading your GPU and your encoder. You're not only not doing this, you're not CLOSE to being able to do it. Single PC setup, 1080p60, no in-game framerate cap. You're asking for stuttering.

GPU Overload Issues

How's that ? Because i can stream COD Modern Warfare wich is a much heavyer GPU game than CSGO itself and i don't get any skipped frames. The streams run smooth with GTA, World of Warcraft, COD, League of Legends but not CSGO.

because these games don't output 300-500 fps. Put your monitor on 60 hz, or 120 hz if they support it, and turn vsync on and you are fine.

Did you try the above suggestions? Do you have new logs from those attempts?

It's on you to provide feedback, you got several good answers so others are unlikely to add anything until you've shown that you've tried.
