Question / Help CS:GO Stream

Hello guys , i need some help with the CS:GO stream. You can give some settings for OBS , i still have low fps when i'm streaming with low resolution in game. PC SPECS: Proccesor: Intel i3 Haswel , Video: Geforce GT 730 , Hdd: 1T. Thank you !

It would really help if you could tell us what resolution and framerate your source is (I assume 1080p at 60fps) and what you are streaming at and if you could provide a log covering a short period of streaming.

However I am going to guess that unless you tune things down a lot your cpu is not going to be up to streaming and playing at the same time.
