For whatever reason, which I seemingly don't have the patience or brain to figure out, it seems like CS:GO drops about 200 frames and stutters a lot whenever I'm recording with OBS. This shouldn't be the case, given that I've got top-notch hardware, but I don't know. I'll post my specs and streaming setup below, so if anyone has any idea, please do let me know.
I am running OBS as administer, by the way.
I've tried with the C920 with and without being disabled when not showed, and it doesn't make any difference. Enabling / disabling a bunch of the streamelements overlays doesn't help either.
These are my OBS recording settings:
I'm lost. I don't know what to do. My system should be more than powerful enough for this little task.
Specs:
RTX 3080
R9 5900X
32GB G.Skill 3600Mhz memory
OBS, Steam & CS:GO installed on a PCI-E gen.4 M.2 NVME SSD.
If anyone has any tips, please let me know.
