Question / Help CS:GO lag while streaming.

Soooo. Somewhy my CS:GO is CLEARLY lagging when streaming, and looks like i cant find a fix for this issue..

Im streaming with 2500bitrate, 1920x1080 scaled to 1280x720 30FPS. And scaling is bilinear. (Delay is set to 20sec)

PC Specs:
-Intel i5 3570k @4.20ghz

-MSI Z77A-GD65 Gaming

-AMD Radeon R9 280x 3gb

-16gb Kingston HyperX Fury 1600mhz

So its not clearly up to my PC, because i can stream ETS2, BF4, The crew etc with 6000bitrate... (And if you need to know about my connection, its 10/10 fiber or 50/30 4G)

You're on a slightly old version of OBS. Can you update and get me a clean log from the new version?

To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.
