CS:GO [game capture] black screen ONLY when using FACEIT Anticheat?

So.. I reinstalled my windows yesterday and a new issue Ive never experienced before popped.. I cant GAME CAPTURE CS:GO while faceit anticheat is on? Without it I have no problem capturing it.

Yes, I am running OBS as an admin.
Yes, I have this command line [which Ive heard its useless nowadays in CS:GO Launch Options] -allow_third_party_software
