Question / Help CS:GO aim lagging when OBS Studio is running

I'm experiencing some weird issues with the aim in CS:GO while OBS Studio is opened, and became worse when I'm recording or streaming the game, and doesn't matter if I'm playing online or local with bots.

I've noticed that the "sv" parameter in net_graph 1 increases when I'm recording via OBS Studio, but stay still when I record via GeForce Experience, for example.

I've recorded a video with both recording modes and if you look closely will notice that even with my sensitivity in-game set as 3.0, the aim moves very slow in OBS Studio if compared with the GeForce Experience recording mode (which is basically my experience without recording or streaming).

Is there any kind of setting which I need to do (in CS:GO or in OBS Studio) to fix that problem? I've tried setting encoding as 1920x1080 60fps, 1920x1080 30fps, 1280x720 60fps, 1280x720 30fps and nothing solves my problem. And I think my PC isn't my problem because I have a nice PC configuration which should handle everything without any issues.

My PC Specs:
Intel Core I7 4770 3.4GHz
Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 4GB
12GB RAM DDR3 1600MHz (3x4GB, high performance memory)
480GB SSD SanDisk Ultra-2 (Windows 10 and OBS Studio are installed in SSD)
Windows 10 Anniversary Update

Any tips?
