Crushing for Browser Capture or adding Script

Hey y'all

I'm facing a bunch of problems while using OBS.

Not sure why it's happening, when I try to add a browser capture or try to add a script, it just crushes.
Even worse is after adding the browser capture, when I open the software itself it just shows the crushing notes right away.

Besides, most of the filters are not able to use on my software, e.g. scrolling, cut and fill, etc.
