Crop Black Edges

How do I crop the black borders where OBS is scaling a screen or camera input?

The slide is a capture of my iPad. How do I crop the view so the frame is not so much larger than the slide?

I found the Crop/Pad filter. Somebody needs to write a plugin that will do this automatically
