Question / Help CREATING PROGRESSIVE FILES AT 23.976P

I just began using this fantastic software to grab files I need for an internal video we are creating.
But my editing software needs files that run at 23.976p, and it looks like the OBS software right now is only giving me an option to create files at 24fpsNTSC or 30i (not the frame rate of my editing system, and not a frame rate that is compatible with other video files I am using in the project (all at 23.976p).
Can someone tell me how to allow for 23.976p in the settings menu of OBS?

Change the pulldown from "common FPS values" to "integer FPS values" and you can enter anything you like.

thanks for this, but it seems that "integer FPS values" are limited to whole numbers. Can't enter 23.976.
Trying to change this because the files I am making (using "24NTSC") have a slight jitter/strobe effect, most notable when there is movement on screen.
Maybe I am looking in the wrong place for how to fix this jitter effect. Any other suggestions for that?

You should be able to enter it as a fractional value, then.

possibly 24000/1001

Also on MacOS, at least some of the time.
