Bug Report Crashing while either streaming or recording

Hey all,
I'm new to this forum since I haven't really had any major problems with OBS but now it seems to be crashing quite frequently. I'm not sure why, so here's some of the log files. If you need any other information do not hesitate to ask. Thanks guys
