Bug Report Crashing when streaming to Twitch

My OBS will occasionally crash when I am streaming. It happens on average once an hour. This recent crash report is from when I was playing Minecraft, but OBS has also crashed during Terraria. I was monitoring CPU and memory usage, and neither were maxed out at the time of the crash.

Try using the Direct3D renderer (settings / advanced / video).

I tried the Direct3D renderer had another crash and wasn't streaming this time! The crash occurred after I maximized the OBS window but that could've been a coincidence. I had Minecraft Windows 10 edition open.
