Crashing when changing scenes

From what testing I've done I've determined that the issues doesn't occur in safe mode, so something is getting loaded that seems to be causing the issue. But at this point I'm at a loss on what is exactly causing it. I've been dealing with this since 2023, and I've had obs on different computers, I've factory reset windows, fresh install of obs 4 different times, I've rebuilt my overlay fresh several times. Maybe someone here can figure out what the logs are saying.

In the call stack of the crashing thread is the source record plugin, and it actually crashes while initializing the encoder. For me, this looks like a bug in the source record plugin.

interesting cause I don't even have the source record plugin installed, I will check my sources and see if there are any lingering SR filters on sources. Will update once I've had a chance to have a look through things.

oh. . . that's interesting cause I selected "upload previous crash report" option. Either way I have confirmed that there isn't any residual source record filters on anything and also confirmed that there wasn't any lingering plugin files in obs. Still getting the crash, but I've made sure I actually uploaded up to date logs this time.
