Running OBS 30.1, Win 10 Pro.
It reliably crashes on Windows shutdown, and then complains when it restarts. IMO, any well behaved SW should gracefully handle the shutdown message, I can't think of any other SW on my machine that suffers from this problem.
Is it please something that could be fixed in a newer versions?
