crashing on startup even after soft reinstall

im not very tech savvy so im very confused i try and open obs and it opens then instantly closes right after not sure what is happening i havent used obs in about a month but ive attached the crash log after reading other posts about it i just dont know what to look for that needs fixed or uninstalled
