Rendering lag is GPU Overload & then your GPU driver crashed.
HDR/10-bit color is in play, adding additional load to your system. HDR should be disabled, if it is check here:
I read somewhere that the win-spout plugin is causing crashes with AMD GPU's. Might want to look into that some more.
