No Scenes/Sources

Streaming/VoD to Twitch, get about 2 hours and 30 minutes into a stream (give or take a minute or two) and the crash warning comes up under the current game being played. All I hear is a windows bong.
The crash log site says the things above but no direct help.
I have reinstalled but left my preferences and it worked for a few days but then the problem came back.
Atached is the log file, I'm quite new at this but willing to help out with questions as much as I can.
