You have audio filter applied to one of your sources (likely "Noise Suppression" filter). This filter is based on NVIDIA tech, new implementation in new OBS and it crashes OBS. You can find it and remove it.

Strange that you missed the solution (delete the filter from the source): https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-crashing-after-update-to-31-0-0.182468/post-667202

thank you so much for the help. tbh in my haste trying to look for a solution i probably just did not see it
