Question / Help Crashing after 30 seconds of booting it up.

I don't know what's going on.
I want to know how to fix it.

So is it always going to crash?
Is my Elgato unusable for OBS now?
Or do I just need to update the software?

You'd at minimum need to update their software.

So I updated the Elgato software and it's still crashing within 30 seconds of opening. Crash log attached.

The crash is still coming from videocapturefilter.ax which is part of the Elgato driver software. Try completely uninstalling and reinstalling it, or contact Elgato for further assistance.
