Crashing after 30.0.1 update

i usually wait a good week or so to update my obs after the updates come out to avoid issues. so i waited a week or so till i did the update thinking that there would be no issues. after updating i started running into my stream crashing all the time. 90% of the time obs would crash to desktop without logging any crash report. after it did that a few times i noticed in the stats window there would be an error framed dropped due to render lag. before the update obs wasnt too taxing on my cpu but now i cant get it to stay in a consistent spot. my cpu usage is jumping between 4% and 16%. im having dropped frames skipped frames and missed frames all over the place. never had an issue before this update. none of my other programs have issues weather im gaming or working. i'll drop my recent crash logs in here if anyone can help me.. im at a loss if i cant figure this out. i appreciate any help

update: i had a few wrong pieces of the stream deck plugin installed in the plugin folder. i run obs in portable mode but when stream deck has an update you have to reinstall the plugin manually. theres not a lot of info on what files you need to move where so i accidently installed the wrong files in there. that would be the crash report with the qt6... error. tracing that back to about the time everything started crashing was about the time i installed the update. im gonna run a test stream to see if that was the issue

SOLVED: for some reason all of my video files were active and running in the background
