Crashes with OBS 27 and OBS 28, I need help

Good afternoon, I am using google translator.

Two weeks ago I started having problems with OBS and its crashes. I don't know why, everything freezes. Discord, Opera Gx, Obs crashes, etc. It seems to me that my memory is insufficient.

I hope someone has some help on this.
