OBS always crashes every time I open it get the same logs please help

The log shows that in the crashed thread, OBS tries to initialize an OpenGL device context that calls a function inside the Intel driver. A Windows exception is triggered and it crashes. This behavior is likely to do this every time when you run OBS.
The best you can do is update your Intel GPU drivers to the latest version. Make sure you do this from your computer manufacturer/motherboard manufacturer as there may be specific code handling that relates to how the graphic driver runs on your computer.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to leave an OBS bug report and have it work its way through the system to the developer. However, don't expect a quick fix, if at all.
You'd bet better off getting a dedicated GPU Nvidia card instead of using an integrated GPU. Maybe even a new computer.

Idk why but today, a day later it started working fine never did anything, but thanks for your help!
