Crashes & Video freezes ahoy!

Hi all, am including a bunch of logs from my last stream with OBS (today). It was quite infuriating because my RAM & CPU was maxed out from the second I opened OBS and when playing files as VLC sources in OBS i was getting one video frame playing over consistent audio. Had several crashes too which made my live stream a bit sad. Are there any fixes I can implement on my system or do I need to await an update?
