Question / Help Crashes on Startup OBS Studio 0.13.1

I have not been able to get OBS Studio to even start in 64bit Windows 10 not sure what is going on the VBS 2013 redistributables are installed so here is the crash log

Sadly it seems like AMDs drivers for media foundation are broken. Remove the win-mf.dll plugin and you should be fine.
