Crashes on startup, across all Portable installations on this PC

I use OBS in many different Portable instances for easy compartmentalization for different broadcasts; had it running tonight, went to launch another instance and got this error. Closed the one I had running to launch it again, getting the same error.

Can't even load it up to get a log file, it pops this crash notif instantly upon hitting the executable.

Now I get this error when trying to launch from any Portable Mode installation I have on this PC, as well as non-Portable instance. Not sure what could have happened.

Whatever audioses.dll is, is the responsible on the crash.
It may be related to a bad Windows update and needs to be fixed.
