Question / Help Crashes at Start Up???

This seems to have happened randomly, just one day it had never opened again?
I use an RX 480 to rander and play the game and a GTX 670 to record with the NVIDIA H.264 encoder thingy if that changes anything?

Would it be Windows Insider? This is my first thread so please bare with me!
