Crashed with low memory exception from windows

I just had OBS idling for a while and windows ran out memory and shut it down
Judging by the logs it might be why my browser sources aren't working properly for streamlabs, soundalerts etc

Log file is too long to attach in it's entirety, so I'll copy/paste the important bits (lot of repeated exceptions). I'll add the current log file that's smaller and hasn't crashed (yet)

Reinstalled and went back to V26.1.1, kept my profiles, etc
Still seems to be building massive logs, but now it's a bit different

OK, 2 re-installs later, uninstalling completely including settings (saved my profiles/scenes first), then reinstalling (26.1.1), then copying just my profiles/scenes back seems to have fixed it.. will have to see if all my audio source settings still work though

Before the log file was growing at about 5kb per SECOND, now it's steady.. I'll keep you posted
