Question / Help Crashed on Installation

I have just installed version 23.0.2 and on attempting to run the program it failed to do so and reported a crash. Crash report appended.

Previously I had version 21 which worked well but lost this when I had to reset windows to 'factory'.

If someone can point me to a solution it will be appreciated.

https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases (all previous releases, .zip version as well)
Try to copy enc-amf.dll from obs-plugins folder of v21 to your obs-plugins folder v23 or just remove it completely.

Thank you for the assistance. Removing the two enc-amf files certainly allows OBS Studio to load.
I had lost my previous copy (v21) so I also tried copying in versions from OBS 21 and 20 but they also crashed OBS Studio at start up.

I am left wondering whether my AMD graphics card has had an update that isn't compatible; or whether the latest Windows 10 upgrades are the cause; or even a clash with other programs I have on the computer.
