Question / Help Crash while streaming

I can record or stream from external capture card perfectly fine. I can also stream and/or record H1 or CS fine UNTIL I alt tab to do anything. Sometimes the webcam freezes and the game is fine. Others, it entirely freezes.

PC:

FX 8350
8 GB DDR3
GTX 560 ti
