You are probably right, that crash looks like pure Nvidia code. Can you confirm that your drivers are up to date?

It appears to have solved the problem, I hope it stays like this.

Problem is back, for some reason stopping recording with OBS messes quite badly with my pc.

I have found another piece of the puzzle, when I stop the recording in-game, nothing happens. (everything goes fine) but when I do it on my desktop sh*t hits the fan.

I have a screenshot, since it doesnt leave crashlogs anymore

Translation: nvidia windows kernel mode driver stopped responding and has restored itself.
I already did a clean driver install and everything :/

ps: I have no clue but it doesnt want to add the screenshot anymore

I just tested it (again) and without NVENC it doesnt give me this problem

I tested shadowplay and it's definitely not my driver because that works fine.
