Bug Report Crash when selecting a Video Capture Device w/ Crash Report

Selecting any video capture device OBS crashes.
I am able to replicate following these steps:
Case #1
Add Video Capture Device
Select FaceTime Camera from drop down menu
if 'preset' is selected, crash, else stays operational until 'preset' is selected.

Case #2
Add Video Capture Device
Select iPad from drop down menu
if 'preset' is selected, crash, else stays operational until 'preset' is selected.

Solution attempted:
Clean install of OBS 24.0.2 (includes removing all files and folders from Application Support folder)
Bug remains
