Question / Help Crash when hitting Start Stream

I have seen previous threads with similar issues but never an actual resolution. I have ran DDU, twice. I attempted a drive roll back(before DDU), and I have used the driver windows installs(from 2017 I think) and I get the error each time when using nvenc encoder.

I have attached two crash logs(from different driver versions).

Looking for some ideas

I believe this has something to do with CUDA not being enabled or something. I ran GPU-Z and noticed CUDA isn't checked. The nvenc encoder worked at some point. So I gotta see if I can figure that out. If anyone has any suggestions, I am open to them

I wanted to let people know that I resolved this. I simply reinstalled my OS and it is resolved. I wish I knew what caused it to break. but oh well. The thing that keyed me in was running GPU-Z and seeing that CUDA was not checked at the bottom.
