Bug Report Crash upon startup

I reinstalled OBS to the most recent version this morning due to an issue with the "vlc-video.dll" having disappeared from the obs-plugins folder according to OBS upon startup. Now OBS just crashes and doesn't start up at all.

I have a copy of the log file but I'm not sure if I can attach it or not.
