I have reinstalled the application many times, but every time I attempt a launch it crashes immediately.

I just re-downloaded the installer today

5th line in your crashlog:
libobs version: 17.0.2

If you have updated to 18.0.1, then please post a crashlog from 18.0.1.

Try the following, and hopefully one of these will fix it:

1. https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/windows-10-creator-update-psa.66825/ (You're running the Windows 10 CU update and the first part of the crash is happening in the d3d9.dll module, so this might help you).

2. Try deleting both enc-amf files in obs-studio/obs-plugins/64-bit [or 32-bit]/ (The second part of crash is happening in the amf-enc plug-in).

Try the following, and hopefully one of these will fix it:

deleting the amf-enc files worked, thank you.
