Crash ten seconds after software start.

Hi all, new here, I'm helping a friend with an issue on the OBS software, first he installed but it won't start, then I clean his pc, update windows and video driver and finally reinstall OBS.

Finally it started, but only for a short seconds and then it crashed and this is the log I got.

I'm planning to format and put an SSD in my friends laptop, but just need to be sure it's a software problem (maybe some windows issue) and not an hardware problem.

Seems their AMD GPU drivers are crashing. Try the AMD Cleanup Utility. https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601

Update, problem solved, used the clean application you suggested and then "Auto-detect and install update" software and now it stays open, working on it to use it but all seems good now.
