I am completely new to OBS. so i have no idea what all info you need to help me troubleshoot this issue.

I'm trying to stream to Facebook. sometimes it works fine. Yesterday, it streamed for about 30 minutes without issues, then went black. i tried to start again, but was very unstable, would freeze several times. i did an internet speed test, thinking it could be an internet issue, but i was getting 100mbps download & 11mbps upload. here's the log reports.
