is there a way i can fix. (hint: i use opengl 2.1 on this computer)

Your computer needs to support OpenGL 3.2 to run OBS.

We really need devices that support OpenGL 3.2. We can't really afford to cut out important OpenGL features when OpenGL 3.2+ devices are so prevalent these days.
