Question / Help Crash on startup on OBS Studio 18.0.1

As the title says whenever I try to open OBS Studio it crashes on startup

Does anyone have any idea on what it might be?

Looks like you have something modifying your system d3d9.dll. RivaTuner is know to conflict like this, and needs to be disabled.

The crash itself is coming from the AMD AMF encoder plugin.

I uninstalled RivaTuner since lately it's been causing more hassle than anything at now OBS starts normally
