Question / Help Crash on starting video recording (newbie)

Hello
just started using this software in the hope I might be able to do some low-frame-rate screen recording. Looks like it should. In any case, I am unable to get any recordings done: every time I hit "start recording" I get a crash - latest log here: https://obsproject.com/logs/h8i9R6_tRD4ioyF0
Any help getting me going would be much appreciated.

Try a clean install of your Intel and AMD drivers or pick a different encoder.

Thank you for your help! My drivers were up to date. Before trying the above I uninstalled and reinstalled OBS and everything seems to work fine now.
