Question / Help Crash on Start Steaming (Facebook)

Any time the source Facebook Live is used (whether the streaming key is correct or not) the program immediately crashes.

This is on either 64bit or 32bit.
New install on an ASUS ROG laptop with GTX 1050 and Intel HD Graphics integrated.

Thoughts?
