Bug Report Crash on start recording with quicksync - i5-8600K

Hello, whenever I try to record with quicksync it crashes, or tells me to update video drivers when using NVENC or AMD,
drivers are up to date in device manager of intel hd and in geforce xp of gpu, using gtx1070 and 8600K

Try to set the encoding resolution for the given encoder close to 1920x1080.
