Crash on open OBS 26.1 Mac Catalina

I installed the upgrade and now it won't open at all. help?

I tried re installing the previous version, and that won't open either... uh oh.

I had the same thing happen today, except with Mac High Sierra. Installed the upgrade and now it won't open.

In a really exciting moment, I restarted my computer, and everything works. YMMV...
