Bug Report Crash on exit after updating from 20.0.something to 23.1.0

This crash happens half of the time on closing the application. (EDIT: not half of the time now. More like once in a while after working on scenes - editing, adding, removing sources etc)
It started after I updated OBS from 20.0.something to 23.1.0. It was OK before.
Cannot reproduce it, seems random, but might be related to my scenes and/or capture card.
Haven't even tried to stream/record yet.

EDIT2: I have a bunch of different sets of scenes and the issue seems to be somehow related to the capture card. OBS crashes (on exit!) when I switch from one set of scenes to another and my capture card source stops working after switching sets.

Don't know what's wrong with the capture card, everything was ok before. Now it sometimes stops working in OBS, but... I use a plugin that allows me to mirror any source and it sees the output of the capture card and mirros it when the source of the card itself shows nothing.

It's also possible that that plugin, Stream Effects, is involved. Its mirror source mirrors the capture card source. And when capture card source stops showing anything (after switching to another set of scenes usually), I touch settings of the mirror source (just open and close it basically) and the capture card source starts showing picture again.

Plus once when I tried to add a Video Capture Device source I spotted 2 (two!) my capture card sources with the same name in the list of already existing sources, but after some time there was only one left.
