I work at a University where we use OBS in a podcast studio. When trying to save scene collections and output presets between users, I uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Now, whenever a new user signs in to their microsoft account on the computer and opens OBS, it crashes. To fix, I delete the OBS folder within their user folder in the hiddent roaming app data folder. Once I delete that, the user can open OBS.
Should I try reinstalling again? How can I get OBS to open normally for new users?
