Bug Report Crash because of Browser source plugin

I found out that my OBS keeps on crashing because of a browser plugin, but I got no clue how to "debug" the error.

In the OBS crash file there is no help expect for "Fault address: 7FFA2648A43E (c:\program files (x86)\obs-studio\bin\64bit\libx264-148.dll)"

Any suggestions/help?

x264 crashes generally indicate hardware failure such as an unstable overclock, faulty RAM or early Ryzen motherboard.

i am only getting the crash when i Activate the Browser source tho, so my first thought was that something in the code was messed up and not with the pc. How can i test if the system is unstable? I should have the latest Bios update for the ryzen setup

Are there any more information that I can provide in front to help out with this problem?
