Bug Report Crash at startup

Hi there

I dont know what's causing this or how to fix it, so here we go with a bugreport.
Could it be the graphics driver?

Looks like ATI drivers are they up to date?

Hi there. Yes, they are up to date.

In this crash I was using 16.4.1, an non WHQL driver. To be sure thats not the problem I rolled back to 16.3.2. OBS is still crashing on startup.

EDIT: Just to be sure. I've attached a new log with OBS crashing on 16.3.2.

I've done that (should've mentioned that earlier.) to prevent any "old" things to interfere with the "new" driver, but as you can see above the error still occurs.
Do you need additional info?
