Question / Help Crash as soon as I click "Start Recording"

Hi there, newbie here.
I'm trying out OBSStudio - I want to use it to record screen movies to show clients how to use stuff like Firefox - but as soon as I click "Start Recording" the program crashes and asks me if I want to save the log. I've updated my video drivers, and tried both the Intel video and the AMD Radeon video on my laptop. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
