Bug Report crash After the closure of obs studio

After updating everything was fine, but now without doing anything, I just closed obs and crashed out of me

I am having the exact same issue. Streaming it works fine with no issues then when I go to close the program it crashes. Plus I am finding that now it leaves an instance of OBS.exe running and will not allow me to force close the app. I have to either log off the user or restart pc to get it to open again. Anyone else having this issue?
