Crackling audio in live stream

Hi all,
I'm getting terrible quality audio when live streaming or recording. Crackling and gaps in the audio. When monitoring on the laptop, the sound is perfect.
I live stream kickboxing tournaments so the arena is always very loud, so I turn down to input volume to keep it in the green. Everything is set to 48hz as I've seen from other posts and the only audio enabled is from the NDI source of the camera and mic I'm using. I've spent hours looking for an answer but can't find a resolution.
An example is in the video below.
Thanks in advance

Hello! Did you ever find out the cause of this issue? I am also having trouble finding people with the same issue online.
Hi, you didn't find a solution, I have the same problem

Thanks for the link. I didn't find any specific solutions, but there are some that made me think about the cause of this problem. I'm inclined to think that it's my sound card buffer. I watched different videos with explanations about how the sound card buffer works and it looks like those audio skips that can occur due to insufficient buffer. Because it happened when recording demanding games and I think my processor started skipping frames. I have a focusrite solo sound card (3rd gen) and the buffer was at 128 with a sample rate of 44.1, now I've raised the buffer to 160 (I don't know if that's enough), maybe I'll raise it even more and test it in different games.

But I can't be sure that this will solve the problem, because it occurs quite rarely, in completely different games. I recorded: dark souls 2 and there were no such problems, and then it appeared in one of my videos. Then it happened with another game: Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, the problem also appeared unexpectedly, although it was not there before. And after a long time, while I was recording other games, it appeared in: Tales Beyond The Tomb - White Silence. I'm just writing this for those who can understand what the pattern is here.

I've been struggling with this problem for a long time. I also tried to change the audio codec in OBS to pcm 24bit, it helped partly, the problem began to appear less often, but did not disappear completely.
Perhaps it will help if you select another audio codec, alac, opus or flac. But my editing program does not want to work with them.
