Crackling audio from soundfiles

Hey, I hope maybe you guys could help me out. So I'm currently using sound- and videofiles to pop up on stream whenever I press the key on my Streamdeck. The issue is that all sounds are "crackling" slightly, there's always a disturbance to it.

It doesn't happen with my mic, nor with backgroundmusic and only comes from added mediasources. The soundfiles themselves sound completely fine when I play them outside of OBS. In "advanced audio properties" I usually check "Monitor only (mute output)" and I have also tried the default one setting "Monitor off" but same thing happens there.

I heard rumours that it has something to do with the connected webcam (Logitech C920 in my case), but I tried to disconnect it, change its resolution etc. but nothing seemed to help. All my connected audiodevices are set to 48.000hz, stream audio setting too. I don't use voiceemeter or any other kind of additional audio-software. Any idea how to fix it? If you need a sample of the crackling sound, let me know.

I attached the log file.

A sample of how it sounds (first sound inside OBS, second and third outside of OBS, fourth one in OBS again): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lRNmaaD0TXM

Your log contains no recording or streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or whichever support chat you are using.
